Your contract-reservation-booking with Pure African Safaris Ltd (Hereafter referred to as the Company) is subject to the terms and conditions below...

1) A_Tour Price Includes:

• Hotel or Lodge or Camp accommodations as per itinerary

• Local air and ground transportation where applicable in the itinerary

• Airport or border transfers upon arrival and exit

• Sightseeing and entrance fees as per itinerary unless advised otherwise in the itinerary

• Drinking water in the safari jeep 1lt per person per day during the entire trip

• Daily meals as specified (B_ Breakfast, L_Lunch, D_Dinner)

• English-speaking or other language speaking guides

• Trekking Staffs and Equipments unless otherwise advised in the itinerary

    b_Tour Price Excludes:

• Visa fees

• International Airfare tickets and taxes

• Gratuities to local guides, drivers and tour leaders wherever applicable

• Expenses of a personal nature such as souvenirs or gifts

• Any item or service not specifically listed in the itinerary as included

2) Reservation, Deposit & Form of Payment

Completed reservation-booking form and deposit should arrive to confirm your tour. Deposit should be at least one fourth (quater)  *25%* of the total payment due per person and can only be paid by either Bank transfer, Credit card, western union money transfer or cash upon reciept of our detailed, signed and stamped invoice from Pure African Safaris TZ LTD

3) Final Payment

Final payment *75%* must be received by the Company 30 days prior to departure date. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in automatic cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit. In the event that reservation is made within 30 days of departure subject to availability of accommodations and domestic flights where applicable, full payment must be made immediately upon confirmation. The Company accepts Bank transfer, Credit card, western union money transfer or cash.

4) Cancellation & Refund

A full refund per person will be issued for any cancellation 60 days before departure. All cancellation requests must be made in writing through the official company e mail address. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Penalty for cancellations within 60 days of departure will be assessed as follows:

59 - 45 days………………….. 25% of the total tour cost

44 - 30 days………………….. 50% of the total tour cost

29 - 15 days………………….. 75% of the total tour cost

14 days or less....……………. 100% of the total tour cost


5) Currency Fluctuation

 All prices are based on USD foreign exchange rates at the time of publication. Prices may change in the event of increased land or air costs that are beyond the Company’s control. The Company reserves the right to alter the price of any tour. Any price increase will normally be notified 60 days prior to departure.

6) Unused Services

 Regardless of the reason, unused services during the tour including transportation, hotel accommodation, meals and sightseeing are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

7) Date change and Transfer of booking

 Change of departure date after confirmation is not permitted. Transfer of booking to another person may be accepted, subject to an administration fee of $25 per person, provided the air tickets have not been issued.

8 ) Travel Documents

 It is the client’s own responsibility to obtain passport and travel visa. The client is responsible for providing the Company with correct, complete and accurate information regarding personal details including timing and place of arrival either airport or border. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to unnecessary financial loss by the client.

9 ) Minimum age and Child Fare

 Minimum age acceptable for our tours is 3. Children between 4 and 14 may qualify for discount on airfares and hotel accommodations. Children over 14 will be charged full adult fare.

10) Insurance


The Company strongly recommends that all travellers purchase trip cancellation & interruption, hospital and medical, and baggage insurance to protect their travel plans.

11) Baggage 


During the tour each client is limited to one piece of checked luggage(duffle, squeezable not suitcases), which according to the local flights and other countries air carriers must weigh no more than 20kg (44 lbs). One carry-on weighing no more than 5kg (13 lbs) is allowed. The client must be able to lift and comfortably transport their own luggage short distances as porter service may not be available at all hotels, airports, train stations, cruise and border crossings.

12) Responsible Behavior


The client agrees to abide by the authority of the tour leader or our local guides and overall abide by the Laws, Rules and Regulations governing each country visited. Conduct or behaviour causing danger, distress or annoyance to the group-individuals will be acted on. Any expenses incurred as a result of the client’s misbehaviour and or removal will be the client’s responsibility.

13) Responsibilities of the company 


The Company acts as a supplier and contractor for providing transportation, accommodation and other related travel services however, The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident with any services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, strikes, government regulations, thefts, failure of any means, discrepancies or changes over which it has no control. The Company applies all reasonable checks and measures in utmost good faith to ensure that details in the itinerary are carried out exactly as specified. However, changes, including, but not limited to, substitution of hotels of equal or similar quality and air carriers, may be made out of necessity.

Clients must be aware that there may be different living standards and practices outside of their home country including but not limited to provision of utilities such as water, electricity, accommodation, food preparations and services of all kinds. Under no circumstances shall the Company be responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury resulting from these conditions. The passenger contract issued together with the air ticket by the air carrier shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the passenger; the Company shall not be responsible for any delays, substitutions of equipment or any act of omission whatsoever by the carrier, its agent, servants and employees.


14) Rights of the company 


The Company reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a tour member at any time. The Company reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any tour or part thereof, and to use the resulting photographs for promotional purposes. By booking with the Company, the client agrees to allow their image to be used in such photographs; clients who prefer that their image not be used are asked to identify themselves on the reservation form.


15) Complaint & Claim against the company

Any complaint must be brought to the attention of the tour leader or local guide immediately while on the tour or information to be sent on emergeny number provided in the itinerary. Any claim against the Company must be filed in writing and be received by the Company within 15 days upon completion of the tour.

Reservation-Booking with the Company confirms that the client has read, understood and agreed to each and all of the above terms and conditions.
